“Define Your Limits”
Change Ambassadors Kenya (CHAKE) was founded in 2018 in Homa Bay County, Kenya, by a group of passionate youth advocates committed to transforming the lives of young people in the Lake Region.
Born from the urgent need to address teenage pregnancy, gender inequality, and limited economic opportunity, CHAKE emerged as a community-driven response to the challenges facing youth and women across Homa Bay County.
Our Mission: To empower youth and women in Homa Bay County through reproductive health education, economic empowerment, community advocacy, and legal rights awareness — enabling them to define and transcend their own limits.
