Modern farming techniques combined with market linkages so youth and women can turn agriculture into a reliable income stream. Topics include soil health, crop selection, post-harvest handling, and cooperative selling.
Money Management
Financial literacy training covering budgeting, saving, credit, and investment basics. Participants leave with a personal financial plan and awareness of community savings groups (chamas).
Digital Literacy
Practical introduction to smartphones, the internet, and productivity tools so participants can access information, market goods online, and engage with digital financial services safely.
